Susan Morris’s video portrays a woman at the hairdresser having her hair endlessly dressed and redressed in search of perfection. Amy Eshoos photograph of an empty chair presented with origami birds scattered on the floor evokes the repetitive and sometimes absurd quality of quotidian gestures.

With the use of mirrors Jacqueline Pennell forces the viewers to animate her installations by eliminating the barrier between the exhibit and the on-looker. Marie-France & Patricia Martin explore the set patterns in seduction and love with "staged" photographs.
